Key Responsibilities:
Specify, procure, and maintain test equipment for firmware testing.
Design and implement hardware interfaces and test fixtures.
Set up precision measurement systems and data acquisition equipment.
Ensure all test equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
Ensure all hardware meets safety standards and electrical codes.
Provide hardware troubleshooting and repair support.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Power System Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
3+ years of experience in the manufacture or design of electrical equipment.
Exceptional collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Highly self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
Additional Experience Desired:
A strong advocate for process improvement and innovation.
