A leading player in the maritime sector is seeking a talented C++ Software Engineer to join their innovative team. As a C++ Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge software solutions that drive the future of maritime technology. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software applications using C++. Key Responsibilities

Your duties as the C++ Software Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Design and implement software applications using C++.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues to maintain system integrity.
  • Optimize software performance for maritime applications.

Candidate Profile

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven industry experience in software development, particularly with C++.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with real-time systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
