Full Stack Node.js Developer (TypeScript/React/Node.js) Hybrid - 2 days/week London - £550 Outside IR35
Our Client is a well-established, well-funded tech company building products used by millions of people every day. They move fast, care deeply about quality, and back their engineers to do their best work.
Their stack: TypeScript, React and Node.js, running on Kubernetes in AWS. AI isn't a buzzword here - it's baked into how they build, and they want it baked into how you build too.
What you'll do:
Build features end to end - from the database to a polished, accessible React UIWork closely with product, design, data and other engineers to turn real customer and commercial problems into shipped softwareUse AI tooling daily to move faster, not just talk about itTake part in code reviews, give and take honest feedback, and help keep our codebase clean, tested and secure
What you bring:
Strong TypeScript and solid Node.js fundamentalsA real handle on ReactHands-on experience shipping code with AI tooling (CLI or editor-based agents)A clean-code mindset - separation of concerns, sensible patterns, no over-engineeringComfort with cloud-native, container-based apps - REST APIs, load balancing, scalingSecurity awareness - XSS, SQL injection, CORS, auth done properly
Bonus points: Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, GitHub Actions, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Fastly, Storybook, Bun.
