The Role

The Operational Supervisor is responsible managing equipment operations, ensuring efficiency, safety compliance, and team productivity. The supervisor ensures quality control, inventory management, and coordination with various departments to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

As a Department Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations:

  • Oversee key production areas including bond stores, wash, and meal assembly lines
  • Ensure smooth, efficient workflows that meet tight schedules and uphold our 5-star quality standards
  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results every day
  • Maintain compliance with legislation, customer expectations, and company policies
  • Build strong relationships with clients and swiftly resolve any operational issues

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and a methodical mindset
  • Passionate about team development and operational excellence
  • Calm under pressure and confident in a dynamic, shift-based environment
  • Committed to delivering world-class service—every time
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Evidenced people management experience e.g. dealing with performance issues, holidays, rosters and absence management
  • An understanding of cost and control management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisation skills and flexibility
