Are you an experienced QS or Senior Qs? Proven background in new build housing? Do you live within a commutable distance of Exeter? Experience of running your own projects
Strong commercial awareness
Good knowledge of building regs
Experience of undertaking CVRs
Ideally experienced in different forms of contract
Accustomed to running your own scheme/s
Ideally qualified to degree or HNC level in Construction or Quantity Surveying or working towards
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Fully IT literate
Strong reporting skills
A team player
Organised
