Our client is one of the UK’s leading Workplace Technology specialists, providing industry leading solutions focused on achieving greater utilisation, maintenance and optimisation of their clients IT environment.
To drive continued success, they are looking to attract an ambitious, positive and enthusiastic sales professional to focus on generating new business opportunities across the West of Scotland region.
The successful applicant will assume responsibility for:
Developing and delivering a new business sales plan by Identifying and cultivating new prospects within the region
Booking face-to-face client appointments to advise prospective clients on how to improve their Workplace Technology environment and increase performance whilst reducing costs
Deliver pricing proposals which ensure margin performance is achieved
Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to successfully manage the entire sales process to a close
Maintain an accurate record of prospective client activity by effectively updating the company CRM
Schedule attendance at relevant networking events and industry conferences
Candidates will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:
Ideally possess 2+ years B2B or B2C sales experience with a strong desire to progress to a field-based business-to-business sales role
A track record of lead generation and winning new business opportunities against set sales targets
A consultative approach and ability to pinpoint improvement areas to ensure each client achieves a ‘purpose built’ and bespoke solution
Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and effectively deliver compelling presentations
Strong commercial understanding with a positive, enthusiastic, and focused approach and a strong determination for success
