Human Resources Manager Responsibilities

Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the UK and EU.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software tools for data management and reporting.
