They’re looking for an organised, detail-driven Timesheet Manager to take ownership of accurate weekly timesheet processing, support payroll, monitor revenue trends and maintain strong relationships with operators and customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving and working to tight deadlines, with plenty of opportunity to make a real impact.

As a key part of the wider operations and recruitment function, you will:

  • Process high-volume timesheets accurately and efficiently each week
  • Work to strict payroll deadlines ensuring operators are paid correctly and on time
  • Complete accurate data entry and maintain integrity of payroll records
  • Verify operator expenses and ensure correct processing
  • Build strong customer relationships to secure timely timesheet approvals
  • Run cross-referenced reports across timesheet, payroll and operational data
  • Review timesheets against invoices to ensure billing accuracy
  • Support telematics reviews and investigate discrepancies
  • Manage digital timesheet processes and ongoing scheduling
  • Handle operator and customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor revenue trends and highlight areas for improvement
  • Complete weekly compliance checks ensuring data accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Exceptional organisation and time-management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence working under pressure and to strict weekly deadlines
  • Strong communication skills across phone and email
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Experience with timesheets, payroll or high-volume data entry
  • Ability to analyse data, spot discrepancies and cross-reference information

Our client is committed to creating an exceptional people experience, one where every employee feels valued, supported and empowered. They believe that investing in their people leads to better outcomes for customers, communities and the wider industry.

This Timesheet Manager role sits at the heart of that mission, ensuring operators are paid correctly, customers receive accurate billing, and internal teams can rely on clean, consistent data.
