Our client is an acclaimed agency specializing in digital transformation across various sectors, from travel and leisure to finance.

The agency is well-known for spearheading large-scale and high-budget projects, collaborating with clients globally. They are in search of an experienced Digital Strategist to develop client strategies for major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As a senior member of their team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our enterprise deliveries. You will lead the engineering efforts on their larger projects, contribute to business development by engaging with potential clients, and assist in creating pitch decks for new projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing a team of cross-disciplinary engineers assigned to your project. Leading by example, you will establish high standards for project delivery and actively participate in departmental working groups. Additionally, you will drive initiatives to enhance our processes and tooling, ideally through assessment and implementation within your projects.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous consultancy or business development experience is highly desirable.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to clients.

Proficient in translating product and business requirements into technical solutions.

Proactive and forward-thinking.

Proficiency in public cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, with a focus on cloud hosting, containers, and networking design patterns.

Expertise in .NET/C# development.

Strong understanding of API building and integration.

Familiarity with DXP solutions such as Umbraco, Sitecore, and Optimize is advantageous.

Ability to strategically plan project technical roadmaps to align with organizational objectives and growth.

Experience in capturing and documenting Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and ensuring their integration throughout project delivery.

Skilled in designing solution and application architectures to meet project requirements and future scalability.

Capability to support teams in troubleshooting issues, analysing problems at a high level, and prioritizing technical approaches for resolution.

Proficient in planning and conducting technical workshops, engaging with project stakeholders and third-party vendors.
