Job Description

CDW in the United Kingdom is seeking a competent 2nd Line Support engineer to provide advanced technical assistance for complex incidents, working with 3rd line resolver teams and the Service Desk. You will diagnose incidents, monitor logs, and perform device upgrades and changes to ensure service continuity.

The role includes collaborating on change management, onboarding new customers, maintaining technical accreditations, and supporting remote operations on a 4-on/4-off night rota.
