About you

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive finance management experience
  • Proven background within manufacturing, distribution, or similar sectors
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Experience with financial controls, statutory reporting, and audits
  • Knowledge of process improvement and financial systems implementation

What you'll do

  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and report findings to senior management
  • Maintain financial controls, oversee reconciliations, and coordinate external audits
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Collaborate with operational teams to optimise manufacturing costs and inventory management
  • Oversee cash flow, treasury activities, and working capital management
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team to achieve high performance
  • Implement process efficiencies and support digital transformation projects within finance
