Finance & Accounting Manager

I am working with a local company who are searching for a Finance Manager to join their team.
Customer satisfaction has been at the forefront of their business since 2002, providing high quality products to the area they operate in.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day running of the finance function within the busines s.
Managing the Finance function and team - team of 3
Responsible for the Management Accounts including, accruals, prepayments, journals and bank reconciliations
Preparing accurate financial reports and statements
Managing the Cash flow forecast and budget process - reporting to the Director.
Responsible for developing relationships with stakeholders - audit
Overseeing the Accounts Payable / Receivable / Credit Control function
Performing analysis on market trends
Ability to delegate tasks to team members
Develop long term business strategies
Payroll
Ad-hoc duties
Must Have:
Sage 200 experience
Able to manage a team whilst ensuring the full finance function is running smoothly
