Contracts Manager Midlands | Hybrid | £40-50k plus car / car allowanceWe are looking for a Contracts Manager / Surveyor / Project Manager who has experience overseeing residential property repairs, renovations or refurbishments from initial survey to completion of works (using a team of direct trades and sub-contractors). This role will suit a Contracts Manager / Surveyor / Project Manager with a background in planning & managing residential projects from £10k - £100k. If you have dealt with higher value projects, this would be advantageous but it is not essential. If you have experience dealing with insurance claim reinstatement works, this would be highly advantageous but not essential.This role can be a mixture of both home & office based to suit; you would be joining a solid, successful and expanding team working with some key clients in and around the Midlands. Visiting news sites and reviewing works in progressing on existing jobs. This role will also involve travelling a bit further to assist with some larger projects across the UK.
