Work to tight tolerances and check your own work meets the required standard
Work on your own initiative and understand all aspects of the manufacturing process
Be fully responsible for the quality of work produced
Clean and maintain CNC machine and all associated equipment and working area.
Skills & Experience:
Fully skilled time served CNC setter/operator
Able to interpret engineering drawings and follow written instructions
Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment
Computer literate
Ability to use Alphacam for programming would be beneficial but will be taught
Must have good attention to detail, good practical skills
Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team in a safe manner
