Your main responsibilities will include the ongoing management and maintenance of existing customer service levels, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. For the role of Internal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for handling and managing high levels of administration, working with MS Office-based systems (Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel), supporting the wider sales department with customer orders, pricing, and quotes, liaising with suppliers, whilst working to agreed service level agreements.
Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who can communicate in French, both verbally and in writing, someone who has supported global sales teams, needing a UK/European Driving Licence for occasional travel. If you have worked within the automotive/manufacturing sectors we would like to hear from you.
