Caremark Chelmsford & Uttlesford is seeking an exceptional Care Manager to lead our award-winning home care service in the Great Dunmow area. You will oversee the team, uphold high standards of person-centred care, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations while expanding service reach.

You will inherit a strong foundation, an experienced team and proven systems, with a competitive salary £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience plus a company car (EV).
