Our client is an established sales and marketing company based in Portsmouth. Due to continued growth, they're expanding their Events Sales team and are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to represent recognised brands through face-to-face promotional and event-based campaigns.
No previous sales experience is required. Ongoing training, client guidance and support are available from the start, alongside opportunities to attend Sales Masterclasses, national conferences, networking events and performance-based travel experiences.

Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with new people.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills .
Positive, proactive and motivated to learn and develop.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Able to commute to Portsmouth with full-time equivalent availability (5 full days a week)

What You'll Be Doing
Represent recognised brands through face-to-face event and promotional campaigns.
Engage with customers, build rapport and deliver a positive experience.
Explain products and services clearly while supporting customer acquisition.
Work alongside the wider team while developing your sales and communication skills.
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, front of house, bar work, waiting staff, administration or other customer-facing environments may provide useful transferable skills, but isn't essential.
