At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Admin Nights to work with a leading logistics company in Tickhill. This role involves managing inventory, processing shipping documentation, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

Shift patterns:

* Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, 22:00 to 06:00

* 37.5 hours per week

* 30 minutes unpaid break daily

* Occasional weekend work when required by the client

Pay rates:

* 14.43 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Admin Nights:

* Previous experience in a similar Warehouse Admin or Stock Control role

* Knowledge of using Warehouse Management systems

* Good PC skills

* Must have own transport due to the site location and lack of public transport

* Must be within a 40-minute driving range

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Admin Nights:

* 3-6 months experience in a similar role

Role for Warehouse Admin Nights:

* Receive and update shipment statuses and check deliveries against purchase orders

* Manage inventory through scanning, labelling, and organizing items

* Ensure products meet quality standards before shipping

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

* Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers while entering load details into the Transportation Management System

* Manage bills of lading, shipping manifests, and proof of delivery forms
