What you'll be doing:

As the UK + Ireland NAM, you’ll be planning, implementing and overseeing sales and trading activity, managing a broad range of customers with everyone from pharmacy distributors to high street chains across over 7000 stores. You’ll execute store launches, promotions and growth plans with P&L management across retailers such as Boots, Holland & Barrett, and Superdrug to name a few. Taking responsibility for the continued strong growth of our retail channel the role will report into our co-founder and will work very closely with the rest of the business on delivering the commercial plan.

You'll be responsible for:

Executing the brand’s retail strategy - delivering profitable growth and increasing brand presence in our bricks and mortar customers.

Working with the team to execute online and offline trade plans and go-to-market plans

Managing instore availability through maximising stock availability and forecasting accuracy

Driving new business and expanding the brand's customer base to grow the market share of the brand.

Taking ownership of retail channel growth and profitability, maximising ROI through promotional execution and pricing management

Leveraging analytics, retail sales data and consumer insights to drive trade efficiencies and learnings to grow the brand.

Sharing learning and insights from in-market activity, promotions and competitor activity to share with team.

What we're looking for:

A proven record of achieving high levels of brand growth with new and existing customers.

Strong experience in managing a complex customer base.

Strong financial record of delivering profitable growth.

Experience in forecasting and managing a diverse supply chain

High attention to detail.

A ‘can-do’ attitude with an ability to act at pace.

Passion and desire to learn with the ability to quickly grasp new things.

A self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

It would be an advantage if you have:

Experience of working in a small, fast-growing business.

Sales experience within an FMCG environment in the UK.

A background working or interest in health and wellness.
