Quantitative Analyst

Job Description

We are working with a London based Trading company looking for an experienced European Power Analyst to join a growing day ahead trading team and strengthen the fundamental analysis function.

The role will focus on providing high-quality fundamental analysis and market insight to support trading decisions across European power markets.

The ideal candidate will specialise in Nordic Power and will be tech literate.

Strong fundamental power market experience within a trading environment
Proven experience analysing and trading European power markets
Ability to translate fundamental market drivers into clear, actionable trading views
Strong analytical, quantitative and technical skills
Comfortable working closely with traders and other market-facing teams

This will be an in office role offering a base salary of circa 200k
