This is a full-time position with a salary band of £35,652 to £40,545 per annum (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Supporting the HR team in managing disputes by giving advice and support toline managers on matters such as grievances, disciplinary matters, andsickness absences
Attending formal casework hearings to take minutes and act as HRrepresentative when required
Responding to general and specific queries from employees in relation to their employment terms and conditions, local entitlements and HR policies
Managing general recruitment activities including generating office letters and employment contracts, drafting internal and external advertisements
Assisting colleagues in the HR team by carrying out administrative work as andwhen requested by the HR Operations Manager. This may include HR, OD and/or L&D related tasks as well as recruitment and payroll
Working with the HR Operations Manager in providing HR support to deliver aresponsive, pro-active HR function
Carrying out payroll input each month in accordance to the internal HR process and payroll process which is in place
Experience required:
Relevant experience
CIPD Level 5
Experience in ER
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Experience of working with an HRIS, including data management and reporting (Itrent system knowledge a plus)
