The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you could be supporting pupils across different year groups and abilities, helping them to access learning and achieve their potential.

Responsibilities may include:

Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons

Working with individuals and small groups of pupils

Supporting children with additional learning needs where required

Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Assisting with classroom preparation and activities

Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement

Providing pastoral and academic support to pupils

About You

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:

Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above

Have experience working with children or young people

Are enthusiastic, reliable and committed to supporting pupils

Can work effectively as part of a school team

Have a positive and flexible approach

Are ideally available full-time, although regular part-time availability will also be considered
