Working alternate weekends, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Bank holidays required.
We are excited to be recruiting for a Travel Specialist for a growing, Award-Winning Tour Operator in North London, to deal with pre and post departure enquiries.
The role would be suited for someone who has previously worked within Travel, with strong customer service experience, dealing with travel agents and direct clients.
Responsibilities of the Travel Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Offering an excellent Customer Experience, handling telephone calls, letters and emails.
Understanding and advising on the terms and conditions of the booking.
Dealing with all pre and post departure issues such as accommodation/ flight changes
Dealing with any enquiries whilst customers are in-resort and post departure queries.
Managing on occasion a large volume of enquiries and prioritising
Updating systems and using the company CRM.
Delivering and presenting reports as required.
Amending client bookings, offering solutions
Up selling on existing bookings.
Travel Specialist Requirements
At least one years’ experience in a similar position
A qualification within travel and tourism would be an advantage.
Works well in a team environment and on own initiative.
Creativity and imagination
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible working hours.
The ability to work to targets.
Travel Specialist Pay and Benefits:
Salary - TBD during interview
