At P3, we believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives. We work alongside people to overcome challenges, build confidence and achieve greater independence. We're looking for an exceptional Service Coordinator to help us make that happen.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Derbyshire Independent Living Service, supporting people across Chesterfield, Ripley and the surrounding areas. Working alongside the Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role, helping to deliver high-quality housing and community support services that genuinely transform lives.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, thrives on building strong teams and can balance operational oversight with a compassionate, person-centred approach. You'll lead and inspire Support Workers, oversee the quality and compliance of the service, manage referrals and case reviews, develop partnerships across Derbyshire and ensure the people we work alongside receive the very best support possible.

What we're looking for:

Experience of managing or coordinating services within housing, health, social care or support settings.

Experience of leading, motivating and developing staff.

Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and support planning.

Strong organisational, communication and partnership-working skills.

A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.

At P3, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We offer a supportive and inclusive working environment, opportunities for learning and development, and the chance to make a genuine difference in people's lives every day.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
