We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor an a part time basis working 27.5 hours per week for an amazing family run business in Leyland!

\n This would be a great opportunity for an applicant who is looking for part time hours to support work life balance and family commitments. Offering an immediate start, working Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm, free parking onsite, pension scheme, laid back and friendly team, paying £17,500 basic (pro rata)

\n What will you be doing as a Part Time Customer Service Advisor?

\n \n Engaging with new and existing customers both face to face and on the phone

\n Meeting and greeting customers to show around the site

\n Updating customer records on the inhouse database

\n Taking payments

\n Using great customer service skills to answer any queries

\n Ensuring the office and site is kept clean and tidy

\n Managing social media for the company

\n \n What skills and experience you will need?

\n \n Have worked in sales, retail or customer service roles

\n Confident communicating with people on all levels witha good sense of humour

\n You enjoy building good rapport with customers
