Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
Complete basic administration tasks
Establishing the needs of the customer through questioning and being naturally inquisitive.
Be empathetic to customers needs and situations.
Skills required
No previous experience within insurance required
A passion for customer service
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Work well in a team.
