The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm, it is now seeking to appoint a Senior Paralegal who will be accountable for managing a caseload of Litigated Motor cases, including a mixture of Personal Injury, Credit Hire and Counter Fraud files.
The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including handling a caseload of both pre-litigated and post-litigation Motor files.
The Candidate
Senior Paralegal / Claims Handler with significant experience of handling Motor, Credit Hire, Personal Injury & Counter Fraud claims
Experience of handling pre-litigation and post-litigation files
Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent Attention to detail
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
