About the Role

As an SEN LSA, you'll play a huge part in helping children access education, develop their independence and reach their potential.

You may provide one-to-one or small-group support, working alongside class teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to ensure pupils receive the individualised support they need.

Many of the pupils you support may have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), giving you the opportunity to work towards specific targets and help children make meaningful academic, social and emotional progress.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEN.

Supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, moderate and severe learning difficulties and physical disabilities.
