This role will serve as the technical interface between the client and venue, ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions. Exceptional organizational skills are essential to manage a diverse range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis.
Prepare, rig, and de-rig equipment with technicians prior to events within the venue, and be available on-site for ad hoc technical issues.
Liaise with clients well in advance of their event to understand their requirements and develop sales potential.
Maintain a database of clients who have visited the hotel/venue, and correspond with them after their event to pursue future business and gather feedback.
Report to the venue and attend weekly staff meetings to ensure continuous communication.
Develop development plans with venue teams to enhance service levels.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Experience in events and A/V technology is preferred.
