Job Description*You'll be based in our Milton Keynes office*A new fantastic position has become available for a talented Google PPC & YouTube ads expert to join our Milton Keynes team!Are you a geek for numbers? This role is perfect for you if you have 5 years experience in successfully managing high-revenue ads in an agency or specifically for coaches/consultants.It's important you have experience in high-ticket lead generation.You'll be working in our fast-growing business with our CEO who's a highly successful global business and manifestation coach.You will need to have an in-depth knowledge of the paid search platforms, as well as analytical tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA).About the role:Plan, develop, implement, track and optimize all paid marketing campaigns and channels.Formulating campaign strategy researching keywords, analyse competitors, and continued testing and optimisation.Creative copy testing and optimisation.Implementation of A/B, split & multivariate testing across all accounts.Managing the paid media operations for ourselves and our clients, including weekly updates, monthly reporting and quarterly planningFrequently monitoring account activity to provide real-time updates that can proactively avoid issues and improve campaign successExceptional organizational skills (a freak about details)About the ideal candidate:Minimum of 5 years of PPC account management experience for coaches or consultants (selling HIGH-TICKET programs)Experience in manging high turnover accounts and budgets on a large scaleProven track record driving PPC performance, including content marketing with proven business resultsAbility to analyse data and produce an optimised account strategy based upon resultsGood computer skills (Outlook, Word) and strong Excel skills required for the roleHow to apply:Please send a copy of your CV to Stacy: [email protected].
