Probate Solicitor - Flexible Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Probate Solicitor or experienced Probate Fee Earner to join a growing and forward-thinking specialist legal team on a flexible Hybrid setup,

1-2 days a week in Birmingham,

with the scope to become more remote. The Role

As a Probate Solicitor, you will: Manage your own caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion, with cases varying in complexity. Deliver a high level of client service and maintain strong relationships throughout the process. Use a modern case management system to accurately manage and record case information. Communicate with clients primarily via telephone and email. Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues and dedicated administrative support. Use your legal knowledge and experience to support and mentor more junior members of the team where appropriate. Manage your workload effectively within a busy, fast-paced and high-volume environment. About You

This opportunity would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Probate Fee Earner with: Qualification as a Solicitor ( NQ+ ) or CILEX Lawyer, STEP qualification, or equivalent experience within probate and estate administration. Previous experience managing probate matters and running a caseload with a degree of autonomy. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. The ability to use initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills. The ability to build positive client relationships, including when working remotely.
