Job Description

Sales Support Administrator - Brighton

We are looking for an Administrator to join our friendly and supportive admin team in the heart of Brighton.

Working closely with consultants and resourcers, you will play a key role in keeping our database up to date, advertising our vacancies and creating content for our social media channels, as well as supporting the team with a variety of other administrative and digital tasks.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who is organised and detail-focused, but also enjoys using technology and finding better, more efficient ways of doing things. As our systems and processes continue to evolve, there will be opportunities for you to learn new skills, including basic automation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advertising vacancies across our website and other platforms
  • Keeping our database accurate and up to date
  • Creating, coordinating and scheduling content for the company's social media channels
  • Arranging travel
  • Supporting the team with a variety of administrative and digital tasks
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make better use of technology

Previous admin experience is not essential for this role, but the following skills are highly desirable:

  • Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience using Canva, PowerPoint or similar tools to create engaging content
  • Strong level of written English
  • Keen eye for detail
  • An interest in technology and finding ways to improve processes
  • Willingness to learn new systems and basic automation
