Role:
As Category Strategy Manager - 12m FTC you will drive strategic thought leadership within the business and with retail partners within the local market.
Enable the business to make informed decisions by providing a clear vision for the category, including growth drivers and shopper insights, to unlock and accelerate growth.
Lead the evolution of category strategy and principles across internal functions, ensuring alignment with prioritized growth drivers and building initiatives both internally and externally.
Elevate customer engagement through category-led growth initiatives at critical moments, supporting range reviews to unlock growth opportunities, and coordinating category growth communication with key customers.

For this Category Strategy Manager - 12m FTC role you will need a proven track record in Category Management within FMCG or blue-chip organizations, with a focus on creating and leading strategic agendas.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders, with a strong focus on customer impact and driving change in a matrix organization internationally.
Compelling Storytelling Skills…can offer excellent storytelling abilities, crafting narratives with clear calls to action to drive strategic initiatives forward.
