The Role

As Supervisor, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the business. You will lead from the front, supporting the management team and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the management team with the daily operation
Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
Delivering consistently excellent customer service
Running busy shifts and ensuring smooth service
Supporting with training and development of the team
Maintaining high standards across the venue
Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
Helping to create a positive, energetic and supportive team culture

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
An experienced Supervisor, Team Leader or ambitious Senior Team Member
Passionate about great food, drinks and hospitality
A natural people person with strong leadership skills
Confident running busy shifts
Energetic, hands-on and happy to lead from the front
A strong communicator who can motivate and develop others
Commercially aware and focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience
