We have an exciting new vacancy for a Chef to join our team at The Britannia Wigan. The Britannia Wigan is a 124-bedroom hotel situated opposite the M6 motorway providing easy access to major cities such as Liverpool and Manchester and only 3 miles from Wigan town centre.

Your duties will include:
Preparing high-quality food, following the guidance of our Head Chef.
Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
Adhering to our stock control procedures.
Working effectively as part of a busy team.
Adding your own unique flair and creativity to your dishes.
The successful candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen, have a level 2 hygiene certificate or higher as well as strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
