Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a highly regarded law firm.

This is far more than a traditional EA role. You'll become a trusted business partner to the CEO, acting as an extension of their office and playing a key role in keeping priorities on track, driving efficiency and ensuring the smooth running of a busy and ever-changing schedule.

You'll be someone who thrives on being one step ahead, enjoys building strong relationships and is confident operating at the most senior level within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing an exceptionally busy and ever-changing diary and inbox.
  • Coordinating complex UK and international travel, meetings and events.
  • Overseeing time recording, billing and financial administration.
  • Managing client matter opening and ensuring accurate file management.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients and external contacts.
  • Anticipating the CEO's needs, identifying potential challenges and resolving issues before they arise.
  • Building a strong understanding of business priorities and maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

About You

  • At least five years' experience supporting a CEO, C-suite executive or equivalent senior leader.
  • Previous law firm experience is essential, with additional professional services or corporate experience highly advantageous.
  • Exceptionally organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities with ease.
  • A confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, commercially minded and naturally solutions-focused.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking firm where Executive Assistants are valued as true business partners and are trusted to make a genuine impact.
