We are recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing care home in Partington.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of person-centred care, CQC compliance and strong operational performance.

The Role

* Lead, support and develop the home’s staff team.

* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.

* Maintain and continuously improve standards of care.

* Oversee budgets, costs and the commercial performance of the home.

* Drive occupancy and develop relationships with families, professionals and local stakeholders.

* Promote a positive culture focused on kindness, compassion and person-centred care.

* Work closely with the Deputy Manager, Administrator and wider support teams.

About You

* Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.

* Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulations.

* Proven experience improving care standards and achieving excellent inspection outcomes.

* Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.

* Commercial awareness, including experience with occupancy and business development.

* Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

* NMC Registered Nurse desirable but not essential.
