Electrical Maintenance EngineerSalary: £45,500Shift Pattern: Rotating Earlies & AfternoonsWe're recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business, working across a busy packaging environment.This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased engineer who enjoys fault finding, keeping machinery running and getting involved with a mix of planned and reactive maintenance.The RoleYou'll be responsible for maintaining and fault finding across a range of packaging and production machinery.Day-to-day responsibilities will include:Electrical fault finding and diagnosticsWorking with sensors, relays, switches and electrical controlsMaintenance of packaging and production machineryPlanned preventative maintenanceReactive breakdown maintenanceIdentifying recurring faults and helping improve machine reliabilityCarrying out basic mechanical repairs where requiredWorking closely with production to minimise downtimeWhat We're Looking ForIdeally you'll have:Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or a similar environmentStrong electrical fault-finding skillsExperience working with sensors, relays, switches and control systemsExperience maintaining automated or packaging machineryA recognised electrical or engineering qualificationThe ability to carry out basic mechanical maintenanceShift PatternThe role operates on a rotating shift pattern:Weeks 1 & 2:Monday–Friday6:00am–2:00pmWeeks 3 & 4:Monday–Thursday2:00pm–12:00amThis means you'll also benefit from a four-day working week every other rotation.Package£45,500 salaryRotating early and afternoon shiftsNo permanent nightsFour-day working week on the afternoon rotationStable, permanent engineering positionOpportunity to work across a range of modern packaging machineryIf you're an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a strong salary and a shift pattern that gives you regular long weekends, apply today for more information.JBRP1_UKTJ
