Warehouse Operator

Location: Grangemouth

Pay: £13.01 per hour - Training Period / £14.40 per hour - On Completion of Training

Hours: Monday to Friday - Early Shift 6am - 2pm / Back Shift 2pm - 10pm / Rotational

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operators to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This hands-on role involves supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, check, sort and store incoming goods

Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch

Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently

Move stock throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment

Work towards daily productivity and accuracy targets

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping

Follow site procedures and safe working practices at all times

Support colleagues and work effectively as part of the warehouse team

Assist with stock control and inventory checks as required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse, production, logistics, or similar environment is desirable, although transferable skills will be considered

Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment

Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and orders

Ability to follow instructions, processes, and site procedures

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork

Reliable with a consistent work history demonstrating dependability

Experience using warehouse equipment is advantageous but not essential as training may be provided
