Overview My client is a well established Professional Services organisation and they are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis in this unique and niche role. You will be working in a fun and friendly team with regular social events and a supportive working environment.
Day to day, you will report to the Accounts Supervisor and be working within a medium-sized team. Since this role is so unique, although you will ideally possess some transactional accounts experience, you will be trained from scratch to learn this role which will open lots of doors of opportunity for you in the future.
Skills required The ability to commute to Solihull on a daily basis as this role will only become hybrid after a period of around 3 months training
Excellent communication skills, this role involves liaising with lots of internal and external stakeholders
Experience of working within a transactional finance role ideally within either Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Accounts Administration
Be looking to join a company for the long term; whilst you will have the ability to learn and become a specialist within this role, this isn't your typical route within accountancy so if you are looking to become a qualified Accountant this one probably isn't for you!
What you will receive Free on site parking and hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home after a period of training
