Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £100 - £130 per day

Are you a resilient and patient Teaching Assistant who can build positive relationships with pupils?

Are you confident working as a classroom assistant and supporting children to engage with their learning?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with schools and alternative provisions across Stoke and Staffordshire, supporting children who have additional needs, either within mainstream or SEND settings. We are looking for Teaching Assistants who have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children and young people, on a full time basis.

The successful SEND TA will have:

Experience working with children or young people with SEND / additional needs

Experience supporting children with ASD / ADHD / Learning Difficulties

Confidence working within a classroom environment

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

A patient, resilient and adaptable approach

A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get stuck in
