Van Delivery Driver - Crawley

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Van Delivery Drivers to join our well-established client based in Crawley .

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, weekly pay, no weekend work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position with a growing logistics business.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver or Courier.

Rates of Pay:

£14.00 - £15.00 per hour

Performance-related bonus scheme

Weekly PAYE pay

Holiday pay accrued separately

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday

Typically 5-10 hours per day

Weekly rota provided in advance

No weekend work

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Van Delivery Driver are:

Safely loading your vehicle ready for delivery

Completing daily vehicle checks

Driving safely and efficiently across local delivery routes

Delivering goods safely and on time

Providing excellent customer service

Handling returns and unloading when required

Completing delivery paperwork accurately

Representing the company professionally at all times

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Van Delivery Driver, you will need:

A valid UK Category B driving licence held for at least one year

To be aged 21 or over for vehicle insurance purposes

No more than six penalty points for minor offences

No IN, DR, DD or CD endorsements

Good physical fitness for loading and manual handling duties

Excellent communication skills

A reliable, punctual and professional approach

A strong customer service attitude
