Network Team Lead

Job Description

Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire - 3x days on site.

Salary: Up to £65,000 + 10% bonus

We’re looking for a Network Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing engineering team while staying hands‑on with networking projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers, reporting directly to the senior management.
  • Drive network deployment projects, design, and configuration.
  • Apply advanced networking expertise (CCNP/CCIE desirable) to support and deliver complex solutions.
  • Balance hands‑on technical work with team leadership and management responsibilities.
  • Develop engineers’ skills through coaching, guidance, and performance management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven networking experience and technical credibility.
  • Strong leadership skills with a desire to grow into a management track.
  • Mature, coachable, and capable of managing a team effectively.
  • Experience with design, configuration, and deployment projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
