Duties & Responsibilities:
Supporting and leading the team with their daily activities
Mentoring / coaching and developing direct reports
Monitoring and managing the daily uploads of bank statements
Reviewing and providing sign off on the monthly bank reconciliations completed by the team
Data analysis on the performance of our processes
Liaising with the broader finance teams to provide regular updates on the team position
The suitable candidate will have:
Experience coaching and training team members
Excel proficient (Lookup, PivotTables etc)
Experience in working with large transactional volumes
Obtained or working towards finance / accounting qualifications and / or experience within a financial setting (Essential)
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail, accuracy and improvement
Well organised and can manage own time and workload.
Can work with large data sets, analysing transactions and understanding the processes and information presented.
Ability to work in a fast paced / transactional environment
