Xpert Resourcing is working with an exciting client based in Littleport who is searching for an Administrator to join their Photography and Event team. This role is a responsible administrative one supporting the team with purchase orders, invoices, data input, stock levels and various paperwork for events. Previous admin experience would be an advantage for this role as the department is busy. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient and flexible.

The role may involve working at other sites with overnight stays when required.

Duties to include and not limited to:

* Invoice and payment processing

* Sales order processing

* Administration of event planning – preparing paperwork and planning

* Data input and data management

* Packing of photography equipment and accompanying paperwork

* Updating information sheets

* Reviewing stock and filing paperwork

* General office duties – taking phone calls, customer queries, filing, ensuring company supply levels at maintained

* Event assistance when required – this may be off site

Skills/Experience:

* Highly organised and efficient

* Previous administration experience in a busy working environment

* Excellent IT skills

* Excellent communication skills written and spoken

* Invoicing, sales and purchase order experience an advantage

* Flexible, positive and can do approach

Hours:

Monday to Friday 0900 to 1715
