Duties:
Setting up the venue for site visits
Liaising with agencies for event staff
Managing the Bar staff on the day and overseeing stock
Main point of contact for staff on the day
Liaising with the events team to ensure smooth delivery
Responsbile for venue maintenance as and when required
Experience:
Experience within conferencing or venues
Personable and enthusiastic
Operational delivery of events
Managing teams of casual staff
Strong communication skills
