Salary £45-50k per annum plus annual performance bonus

Day to day of the role:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers and upselling other product ranges.

Engage with lost accounts to try and regain their business.

Build relationships with new clients and follow up on leads generated by the marketing department.

Develop a deep understanding of products/services to effectively demonstrate their value to clients.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services to clients.

Communicate progress and present performance updates to management and directors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous B2B experience in sales with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and persuasively.

A genuine passion for understanding and meeting customer needs, with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
