Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Web and Marketing Asset Developer & Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Web Development & Management:
Develop, maintain, and update our WordPress-based websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
Monitor website analytics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
Marketing Collateral Production:
Design and produce high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., brochures, banners, presentations, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
CRM Management:
Manage and optimize our Zoho CRM system to streamline sales and marketing processes.
Customize CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
Train team members on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support.
Automation & Integration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Implement and integrate automation tools to enhance efficiency and productivity across the business.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with other team members, including developers, designers, marketers, and sales professionals, to achieve business objectives.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions to contribute ideas and insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in WordPress web development and management.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience in telecommunications is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
