Experience required:
Minimum 3 years bridging finance underwriting experience (ideally with experience of regulated lending).
Experience of manual underwriting essential
Quick learner, ability to adapt and evolve.
Self starter
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
Good time management skills
IT literate: Competent MS Office skills and ability to adapt to internal systems.
Ambitious, proactive, and hungry to progress within the company
