Pantry Chef Manager
Location: Belfast
Salary: £35,589 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, rota basis including weekends
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are recruiting for an experienced Chef Manager to lead a busy kitchen operation within a high-profile hospitality environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef looking to combine hands-on kitchen management with team leadership while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen operation.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of kitchen staff.
Oversee stock control, ordering, waste management, and inventory.
Maintain compliance with Food Hygiene, HACCP, allergen, and Health & Safety standards.
Support training and development of team members.
Work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management chef role.
Current Food Hygiene/HACCP qualification.
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance procedures.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
